Dispatch and Delivery

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders of in-stock items within 2 working days. Please bear with us at busy times such as Christmas (November and December) when lead times for dispatch may take up to 5 working days.

 

If any item is out of stock then we will normally indicate this on the site. In the event of any item being out of stock and this not being advised on the site, we will notify you of this on receipt of your order and offer you the option of choosing a substitute of the same value or cancelling the out of stock item/s (with refund for those items value) or waiting until stocks are available. 

If an item is marked as out of stock and you would like to pre-order this, please email: clare@honeysucklecattoys.co.uk and she will give you an expected date for the item to be in stock is given, this date will be an estimated time for stock to arrive and can be earlier or later depending on UK Customs processing and stock arrival.

Please Note: Honeysuckle Cat Toys cannot be held responsible for the loss of packages where an incorrect or partially incorrect shipping address has been given at the time of ordering.

 UK Delivery

All items are individually packed by hand and sent via Royal Mail.

 

There is a flat rate shipping cost of £1.95 for all orders to UK addresses.

 

UK delivery includes: England, Scotland, Wales, North Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands and BFPO addresses.

Please note: Delivery times are likely to be longer for Highland Scotland and non- UK mainland destinations.

 

You can expect to receive your item within 3 to 5 days of dispatch.

 

If you have not received your item within 2 weeks of your dispatch notification email, please phone Royal Mail on 0845 6050767 to identify the address of the Delivery Office nearest to you.  Contact them to see if the package is waiting for you.

 

Honeysuckle Cat Toys retains proof of postage for all items shipped and cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of items.

 

In the event that we are unable to deliver the ordered product due to non-supply on the part of our own suppliers, without culpability on the part of Honeysuckle Cat Toys, we may withdraw from the contract. In such a case, we will contact you without delay and propose a comparable product. If a comparable product is not available, or if you do not wish to have that product delivered, we shall refund your payments.

 

 

European Delivery

All European orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard Service (formerly known as AirmaiI).

 

Delivery rates to Europe are charged at a flat rate of £3.95 per order up to a maximum weight of 500grams.

 

If the parcel weight is above the 500-gram limit we will inform you of the additional charge and you can decide if you wish to proceed with the order.

 

We only dispatch to the European Union - the countries we deal with are listed below:

 

Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Corsica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
