Dispatch and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders of in-stock items within 2 working days. Please bear with us at busy times such as Christmas (November and December) when lead times for dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
If any item is out of stock then we will normally indicate this on the site. In the event of any item being out of stock and this not being advised on the site, we will notify you of this on receipt of your order and offer you the option of choosing a substitute of the same value or cancelling the out of stock item/s (with refund for those items value) or waiting until stocks are available.
If an item is marked as out of stock and you would like to pre-order this, please email: email@example.com and she will give you an expected date for the item to be in stock is given, this date will be an estimated time for stock to arrive and can be earlier or later depending on UK Customs processing and stock arrival.
Please Note: Honeysuckle Cat Toys cannot be held responsible for the loss of packages where an incorrect or partially incorrect shipping address has been given at the time of ordering.
All items are individually packed by hand and sent via Royal Mail.
All European orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard Service (formerly known as AirmaiI).
Delivery rates to Europe are charged at a flat rate of £4.75 per order up to a maximum weight of 500grams.
If the parcel weight is above the 500-gram limit we will inform you of the additional charge and you can decide if you wish to proceed with the order.
From 1st July 2021 the European Union are charging VAT on all items up to the value of €150 which are sent from the UK. The amount of VAT to be paid on orders depends on the country in which you live. This will be calculated for you at the point of sale and added to the the total order amount.
Royal Mail Standard International Post doesn't provide a tracking number but they do aim to deliver packages in 5 working days. However, international packages can take longer to reach their destination due to additional customs processing required following Brexit. It's also possible that packages may attract customs duties which need to be paid before they are released from the receiving country's customs.
